This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs the use of services provided by OmneHosting (“OmneHosting,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our services, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in suspension or termination of services without notice.

1. Permitted Use

OmneHosting services are intended for hosting legitimate game servers and related applications. All usage must comply with applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

2. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Illegal Activity: Hosting, distributing, or facilitating any content or activity that violates applicable laws, including but not limited to fraud, piracy, or unauthorized access to systems.

• Network Abuse: Any activity that disrupts or interferes with other users or networks, including:

  • Launching or participating in Distributed Denial-of-Service (DDoS) attacks
  • Port scanning, network probing, or vulnerability scanning without authorization
  • Exploiting or attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities

• Malware and Exploitation: Hosting or distributing malware, ransomware, trojans, botnets, or any malicious software designed to harm systems or users.

• Resource Abuse: Excessive or abusive use of system resources that negatively impacts node stability or other customers, including:

  • Intentional CPU, RAM, or disk abuse
  • Running processes unrelated to game server operation

• Cryptocurrency Mining: Use of services for cryptocurrency mining or similar resource-intensive blockchain operations is strictly prohibited.

• Spam and Mass Messaging: Sending unsolicited bulk messages, advertisements, or spam using OmneHosting infrastructure.

• Content Violations: Hosting or distributing content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, or otherwise objectionable, including:

  • Illegal pornography or exploitative content
  • Content that infringes intellectual property rights

• Unauthorized Reselling: Reselling or redistributing services without explicit written permission from OmneHosting.

3. Fair Use and Service Integrity

Customers must use services in a manner that does not degrade performance for other users. OmneHosting reserves the right to limit, suspend, or terminate services that:

• Cause instability to shared infrastructure
• Exceed reasonable usage expectations
• Bypass or attempt to bypass system limitations

4. Modifications and Custom Content

Customers may install mods, plugins, or custom configurations; however, you are responsible for ensuring compatibility and stability. OmneHosting is not responsible for issues caused by third-party modifications.

5. Security Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their services, including:

• Keeping software and plugins up to date
• Securing administrative access
• Preventing unauthorized access to their server

6. Enforcement and Actions

6.1 Violations

Violations of this AUP may result in immediate action, including:

• Service suspension
• Service termination
• Removal of offending content

6.2 No Refunds

Accounts suspended or terminated due to AUP violations are not eligible for refunds.

6.3 Investigation Rights

OmneHosting reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement where required.
