The things people ask before ordering.
How quickly is my VPS ready?
Your server is ordered as soon as your payment clears and is usually running within a few minutes. You will see it in your panel under Cloud Servers.
Can I choose the operating system?
Yes. Pick Ubuntu, Debian, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux, Fedora or FreeBSD at checkout, and reinstall a different one any time from the panel. Reinstalling erases the server's data.
Do I get root access?
Yes. You get full root access over SSH, and a browser console in the panel if you ever lock yourself out.
Can I upgrade to a bigger plan later?
Plans cannot be resized in place yet. To move up, order the larger plan and migrate your data, and contact support if you would like help with the move.
What happens if I forget to renew?
We send the renewal invoice 7 days before it is due. If it is still unpaid 2 days after the due date, the server is scheduled for deletion, so keep a payment method on file or pay on time.

Hillsboro, Oregon and Vint Hill, Virginia. You choose at checkout, and the live availability for each plan is shown there.
